Refund and Return Policy
At BuzzBuy BD, we test our electronics and tech gadgets before shipping, but we understand issues can happen.
3-Day Replacement Guarantee You have 3 days from the date of delivery to report a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
The Golden Rule: Unboxing Video To claim a return or replacement, you must record a clear, uncut unboxing video when you open the parcel. Without a raw unboxing video showing the shipping label and the defect, no return or refund claims will be accepted.
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be completely unused and in exactly the same condition you received it.
- It must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories (cables, boxes, etc.).
Refund Process:
- If your return is approved, we will process a replacement. If the item is out of stock in our warehouse, we will issue a full refund.
- Refunds are processed via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer within 3 to 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return courier fee.
