The Golden Rule: Unboxing Video To claim a return or replacement, you must record a clear, uncut unboxing video when you open the parcel. Without a raw unboxing video showing the shipping label and the defect, no return or refund claims will be accepted.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be completely unused and in exactly the same condition you received it.
  • It must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories (cables, boxes, etc.).

Refund Process:

  • If your return is approved, we will process a replacement. If the item is out of stock in our warehouse, we will issue a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer within 3 to 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
