1. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and mobile banking payments (bKash, Nagad). We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice due to market fluctuations.

2. Delivery Policy

  • Inside Dhaka: Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 working days.
  • Outside Dhaka: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
  • Advance Payment: For orders outside Dhaka, or for high-value tech items, BuzzBuy BD reserves the right to request the courier delivery fee in advance via bKash/Nagad to confirm the order.

3. Stock Availability & Cancellations While we strive to keep our inventory 100% accurate, stock discrepancies can occur. BuzzBuy BD reserves the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, listed at an incorrect price, or if the order is flagged as suspicious. In the event of a cancellation where you have already paid, a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Warranty Limitations Only products that explicitly state a warranty period in their specific product description are covered. Physical damage, water damage, or electrical short-circuit damage instantly voids any warranty.
